Phase 1
Design
We get to know you, your section and your dream — then turn it into a home you can walk through in 3D before we build a thing.
Step 1
Dream Home Consultation
A relaxed, no-obligation conversation about your section, your lifestyle, your wishlist and your budget — so we know exactly what your new home needs to do for your family.
Step 2
Grand Design reveal
We bring your home to life with a full 3D walk-through, so you can step inside before a single nail is driven — and tweak anything that isn't quite right.
Step 3
Colour your home
Sit down with our interior specialist to lock in your palette, finishes, kitchen, bathrooms and the small details that make it feel like yours.
Step 4
Building consent
We handle the consent paperwork, engineering and council liaison so you don't have to — and you arrive at construction with everything signed off and ready to go.
Phase 2
Construction
With the design locked in and a fixed-price contract signed, we build — on time, on budget, and with the quality that's won us 102 House of the Year awards.
Step 1
Fixed-price contract
Before we lift a hammer you'll have a fully detailed, fixed-price Master Build contract — no surprises, no creeping costs, just confidence.
Step 2
Construction stage
Your dedicated site manager runs a tight, tidy, on-programme build — with regular updates and on-site catch-ups so you always know what's happening next.
Step 3
Move in
A full pre-handover inspection, walk-through and orientation — then the keys are yours, backed by a 10-year Master Build Guarantee.
Step 4
Live the dream
We stay close after handover for the warranty period and beyond — because a great home is a long relationship, not a one-off transaction.
